✨ Art Installation: "The Red Foods Tradition"
All weekend long, explore a curated visual and interactive installation on the tradition of red foods in Black culinary history. Created by Indigo Culinary Co., the exhibit honors red as a color of resistance, vitality, and remembrance — from hibiscus and watermelon to cayenne and blood memory.
Friday night is the best time to experience both the food and the art — come for the flavors, stay for the storytelling.
