Here’s how to make it:

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened

  • 1 tablespoon Juneteenth Jawn seasoning blend

  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest 

  • 1 teaspoon honey 

  • Pinch of salt

  • 1 teaspoon finely chopped parsley 

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix softened butter with Juneteenth Jawn until fully combined

  • Add lemon zest, honey, parsley and salt Mix well

  • Taste and adjust

  • Spoon onto parchment paper or plastic wrap, roll into a log, and twist ends

  • Chill in the fridge until firm (at least 1 hour)
